At Reign Jewelry Company, every piece is crafted with care and attention to detail. Because our jewelry is custom-made to your specifications, all sales are considered final. However, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase, so please review our policy below:
Custom Orders
• All custom-made jewelry (including personalized designs, special orders, or pieces with engraving/modifications) is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• We strongly encourage customers to review designs, details, and sizing carefully before confirming their order.
Non-Custom Jewelry
• Non-custom jewelry may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery for store credit only.
• Items must be unworn, in original condition, and accompanied by all packaging/certificates.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Defects or Errors
• If you receive a defective item or there is an error on our part, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.
• We will repair, replace, or remake the piece at no additional cost.
Resizing & Repairs
• We offer resizing and repair services for an additional fee.
• Fees vary depending on the complexity of the work. Please contact us for a quote.
Final Notes
• Because precious metals and gemstones are unique, slight variations in color, carat weight, and craftsmanship are normal and not considered defects.
